DuploCloud is committed to the responsible development and deployment of AI systems. If you have experienced or observed an adverse impact from any DuploCloud AI product—including unexpected behavior, bias, privacy concerns, security issues, or other harmful outcomes—we encourage you to report it.

Reports may be submitted by anyone, whether or not you are a DuploCloud customer. We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 1 business hour and investigate promptly. Please include a description of the issue, when it occurred, and any relevant details that can help us understand and address the concern.
