K8s Help Desk Agent

This KB explains how to use the K8s (Kubernetes) HelpDesk Agent within the DuploCloud AI Suite to diagnose, optimize, and manage Kubernetes workloads directly through the HelpDesk interface. Steps: Make sure you’re in the correct tenant: Confirm that you’ve selected the right tenant where you want the K8s agent to analyze your cluster. The agent only works within the currently selected tenant. In the Duplo portal, open the AI Suite and select HelpDesk. Inside the HelpDesk, select K8s from the Agent dropdown. In the Message to Agent box, type your request. Submit Your Request: The AI will analyze your cluster and generate a set of commands that you can review and approve. You can choose to Approve, Reject, or Execute the suggested commands. Once you submit them, the agent will apply the changes and show the updated results. After execution, you’ll receive a detailed summary, You can continue chatting with the agent for follow-up questions or deeper analysis Video Demonstration:
