Slack Bot

The Slack Bot allows you to interact directly with DuploCloud’s AI to monitor, analyze, and optimize your Kubernetes environments right from Slack. It enables you to ask questions, trigger automated checks, and create HelpDesk tickets without logging into the portal. Steps: Open Slack In you channel type @Duplo AI (select the Duplo AI) followed by your question. Example commands @Duplo AI can you list my pods? @Duplo AI can you find out where the OTEL stack is deployed? The AI bot will respond in-thread, acknowledging your request. It will prompt you to Create a Ticket directly from Slack. Click the Create Ticket button in the bot’s message. A popup will appear with the following fields: Portal: Auto-filled with your Duplo portal URL (e.g., htt ps://salesdemo.duplocloud.net ) Tenant: Select the correct tenant (e.g., ai-demo, Dev, 01) Agent: Choose the desired agent for the request Default Permissions: Choose one of: slack-read-only or slack-read-write Click Submit to create the ticket. Once the ticket is created, the selected AI agent automatically runs an analysis and posts the results back in Slack. You can approve or execute recommended commands directly in Slack to apply the fixes. Video Demonstration:
