The Observability HelpDesk Agent helps you analyze application performance, detect errors, and review logs directly within the DuploCloud AI Suite. It can automatically identify performance degradation, CPU/memory spikes, and critical log events and even link you to detailed Grafana metrics for deeper visibility. Steps: Ensure you’re in the correct tenant where the observability data is being analyzed. The agent will only review metrics and logs within the currently selected tenant. In the Duplo portal, open the AI Suite and select HelpDesk. In the Agent dropdown, select observability. In the Message to Agent box, Compose Your Message then submit the request. The agent will analyze logs, CPU usage, and memory patterns for the service and return a detailed performance report. If available, click “View Detailed Metrics in Grafana” to open the linked dashboard. You’ll see visualized CPU and memory metrics that correspond to the issue the agent detected.
