GitHub Action Help Desk Agent

The GitHub Actions HelpDesk Agent allows you to quickly analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize GitHub Actions workflows directly from the DuploCloud portal. It helps identify root causes of failed CI/CD pipelines, provides detailed error analysis, and suggests actionable fixes Steps: Select the Correct Tenant: Make sure you are in the correct tenant where you want to get the response from. The AI agent will analyze data only within that tenant. In the Duplo portal, go to the AI Suite and click on HelpDesk. Once you have open helpdesk Choose the Right Agent In the Agent dropdown select github-actions. This tells the AI to use the GitHub Actions integration for analysis. Compose Your Message Submit the Request The agent will process the request and generate a response analyzing the pipeline failure. Once the response appears, review the root cause, error message, and timeline. You can continue the conversation in the same message thread to ask follow-up questions. Video Demonstration:
