If you encounter an error message indicating that the Timestream resource cache is initializing when trying to view Timestream databases in DuploCloud, such as: {"Message":"ResourceCacheManager: SYS_INIT: The system is booting up, please wait a few minutes."} This issue can be resolved by ensuring the AWS Timestream feature is properly enabled in your DuploCloud environment. Follow these steps: Navigate to Administrator → System Settings → System Config Look for the EnableAwsTimestream flag Ensure this flag is enabled Note: AWS Timestream support varies between commercial and GovCloud environments. In GovCloud, Timestream continues to support the Livealytics mode, while commercial environments may have different configurations available.
