How do I set up VPN access for users?

Context When you need to provide VPN access to users in your organization, you'll encounter a "Set VPN" dialog with options that may seem unclear. This guide explains how to safely configure VPN access and what each option does. Answer To set up VPN access for users, follow these steps: Navigate to the VPN configuration section for the user you want to grant access to Click on the "Set VPN" option to open the configuration dialog In the dialog, you'll see two checkbox options: Reallocate VPN Address

• This generates a new IP address for the VPN connection Regenerate VPN Password

• This creates a new password for the VPN access Check both boxes to generate new credentials and IP address Click "Create" to complete the setup After completing these steps, the users will receive an email with their VPN access information including the new credentials and connection details. Note: It is safe to select both checkboxes as they simply generate fresh credentials and network settings for the VPN connection.
