Configure GCP Account Security settings in the DuploCloud Portal

Configuring GCP Account Security Settings

To configure AWS Account Security settings, navigate to Administrator -> System Settings in the DuploCloud Portal and click the GCP Account Security tab.

Use the switches to enable the settings listed in the table below.

Description

Enable Security Command Center

Activates Google Cloud’s Security Command Center to use with DuploCloud.

Enable Security Health Analytics

Enables Security Health Analytics to assess your infrastructure for compliance, security misconfigurations, and policy violations

Enable Web Security Scanner

Enables Google Cloud’s Web Security Scanner, which automatically scans your web applications for common vulnerabilities such as XSS and SQL injection.

Enable Event Threat Detection

Enabling this setting activates Event Threat Detection, which uses machine learning to monitor logs for signs of suspicious activities and potential security threats.

Enable Container Threat Detection

Enables Container Threat Detection, which scans containerized applications for security vulnerabilities and threats

Enable Virtual Machine Threat Detection

Enables Virtual Machine Threat Detection, which monitors virtual machines for suspicious behavior, unauthorized access attempts, and vulnerabilities, helping to secure VM workloads against potential threats.
